In a quest for answers, modern parents frequently turn to personality frameworks, wondering if tailoring a routine to their child's specific psychological profile is the secret to a peaceful night's sleep. However, while it might be tempting to neatly categorize your lively five-year-old as an ESFP or your quiet eight-year-old as an INTJ , the developmental facts suggest a more nuanced approach.
